Grind each ingredient in
a coffee grinder or blender until each reaches a smooth, uniform texture. In
large bowl, mix all ingredients. Use this mixture to cleanse and scrub rough
skin on elbows, knee and hands by rubbing briskly onto damp skin, then rinse.
The oatmeal smoothes and softens the skin beautifully, and the thyme is marvelously
refreshing and astringent.
