Always start with a very
large pot of boiling water, even if you're cooking a small amount of pasta.
Pasta needs space to cook properly and not clump together. Add a pinch of salt.
Put all the pasta in the
pot at once.
Never leave the pot. Watch
closely, cooking until al dente stage, which is just soft to the touch.
Drain in colander and then
add a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking.
