Mix all
spices and then add applesauce a bit at a time, until mixture turns into a dough.
Roll out on a cinnamon covered work surface to desired thickness. Ornaments
will shrink a little during drying process. Cut out desired shapes with cookie
cutters and insert a hole at the top with a skewer or toothpick to allow for
hanging. Place in oven at lowest setting (100-150 degrees) for one hour or so,
turning ornaments every 10 minutes so they don't curl up on edges. Let dry on
pan until hard.
