Raspberry Cream

Raspberry Cream

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 1 TBSP pure vanilla extract
  • juice of one orange

Place berries in a blender and puree. Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients, mixing well by hand. Chill until ready to serve. Serve as is or on top of more fresh raspberries.

Yield: 2 and 1/3 cups.
