Sheri's French Herb Butter

Herb Butter

  • 1 Tablespoon chives
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon basil
  • 1 Tablespoon tarragon
  • 1 Tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon marjoram
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon diced garlic

Mix herbs; yields 1/3 cup. Mix 1 tablespoon herb mixture with 1 stick unsalted softened butter. Add garlic. Shape into ball and place on garnished saucer.

Serving suggestion: Use to baste chicken or fish before grilling.
