Hummus

Peach Soup

• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 (15.5-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
• ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• Dash of hot sauce
• ¼ cup olive oil
• Fresh parsley sprigs for garnish

Process first 6 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, scraping down the sides. Slowly pour olive oil into mixture, processing until smooth. Spoon into serving bowl, cover and chill. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve with crackers.
